Customize the To-Do List

A number of controls allow you to customize the content that displays in your To-Do List panel. You can choose the number of days from now a to-do is due for actions required by a certain completion date. You can also choose the status and priority types of to-dos, and even color-code important to-dos so they are easy to track.

Choices available on My Agency Home Settings>To-Do List Options reflect the control on the Suspense>View Options in AMS360. You can use the controls to modify settings in either capability and it will display in both.

  1. Click the down-arrow and then choose Options.

  2. Choose how you want Agency Platform to provide content for your to-do list. Complete one of the following:
    • In the Due up .... Days from Now counter, set a number from 10 to 99 days to determine the number of days advance warning you want before expiring policies and other events are due.
    • In the With Due Dates Between option, enter or use the calendar     to establish dates that begin and end a period of time. Agency Platform displays expiring events that occur during this period.
  3. In the Status drop-down list, click the arrow and choose one of the following:
    • Incomplete
    • Complete
    • All
  4. In the Action drop-down list, click the arrow, and then choose from the list of actions. You can choose a single action to display or choose All.
  5. In the Priority drop-down list, choose one of the following:
    • Critical
    • Low
    • Normal
    • All
  6. Click the Include Backup To-Do Items check box to include backed up items.
  7. Click the Include CC To-Do Items to include items copied to other users.
  8. Click Apply to complete your changes.
  9. Click Save.
