My Team Reports
The following team reports are available in SalesTrack for the Sales Manager.
User Role: This report is accessible to a Producer, Sales Manager and Agency Admin.
This report helps track campaign activities. Track the details of your campaign. Get a summary of each campaign activity, including planned and actual time limits, parent campaign details, and definition status. When you run the report, it only displays campaigns with activities or notes that were created within the dates that you specified in the report.
User Role: This report is accessible to a Producer, Sales Manager and Agency Admin.
This report helps compare two campaigns and identify which of your marketing campaign was more successful. Use this report to compare the cost effectiveness and number of responses of two different campaigns. When you run the report, select the two campaigns that you want to compare.

This report help you track the progress and status of campaigns. It helps you identify what's working and what you need to change in your campaigns. The report provides a detailed view of all the dates, targets, definitions, responses, and financial returns from each campaign that has been modified – so you can quickly see the progress of your campaigns.
User Role: This report is accessible to a Sales Manager and Agency Admin.
This report lists all Activities by Action Type, Users and Year (defaults to the current year and can look into last 10 years, if data is available). The report lists the number of activities per month for each Action Type. A Manager can click on the reporting user's name, or month to further drill down the details.

This reports provides sales managers with team sales forecasts for the next 30, 60, 90 and 120 days. Sales managers can better estimate future sales for their team using this report.
Uses data collected in Estimated Effective date and estimated revenue on each opportunity. Team figures are aggregated from all team members.

This report displays all policies that are expiring and ready to renew for the team. This information comes from the Polices section within an Opportunity or Account. This report allows a Sales manager to estimate expected sales. This report can be run on a Date range, Line of Business and Type of Business. This report can be sorted by Producer.

This report helps you identify which type of lead is most beneficial in helping your team grow their business. This report helps you compare how effective your lead sources are at generating quality opportunities for your team.
The report lists the percentage of qualified leads, and leads that generate revenue for each lead category.
User Role: This report is accessible to a Sales Manager and Agency Admin.
This report provides list of activities by producer. A Manager can track specific actions tied to a producer’s annual goals such number of cold calls made each week, number of presentations done each week.
This report uses the SalesTrack activity types for high level tracking and AMS360 action types for more detailed analysis.

My team neglected leads follow up report helps you keep your sales teams on the alert for possible business opportunities. Use this report to have your sales team follow-up on leads that they haven't contacted in a while. When you run the report, specify the number of days that leads have been neglected. The report displays a chart of active leads that have had no activities or notes. Click Show All to drill down into the report.

Available in the My team reports to show open opportunities by pipeline stage. Assisting producers in understanding where to focus their efforts to keep their pipeline moving.

This report tracks actual sales results looking at both wins AND losses. Managers can quickly see how effective a producer is in closing business. Tracks aggregate revenue for all won opportunities owned by producers reporting to a manager.

This reports lists opportunity conversion rate by stage. This report helps managers better track how effective their team is at moving opportunities through their pipelines. Displays a chart that shows success ratios at each stage. Tracks percentage of leads that are advanced at each stage. Drill down to the list view and see results by producer.

The information in this report helps sales mangers see how their sales team is performing against their sales goals. This report displays a chart of team target goals and actual goals. Drill down to review individual producer results.
The report is generated from data that is rolled up to the goals at a set time. If the data is not up-to-date, then wait until the next time the data is rolled up. For more information, contact your Agency Admin. |

This reports shows revenue by Carrier by each reporting user. This report gives managers the ability to track YTD revenue by carrier. The report uses data in actual revenue and writing carrier fields.

Available in the My team reports section to show revenue by lead source. This helps managers focus their team on the right lead sources.

Use this report to track producer activities across sales pipeline. You can now track the number of phone calls made/ number of networking activities attended. Track the number of leads/ prospect generated from the phone calls and networking activities. Track the number of quotes generated from prospects. and finally track the n umber of sales from quotes.

Use this report to measure sales performance from year to year. Managers use this report to compare total team revenue generate from won opportunities over several years. The report uses data from won opportunities then calculates total earned revenue.

Available in the My team reports section. This allows managers to see the business being won by their team by carrier.

This report displays each users and the list of activities they completed during the week. The report is displayed by activity type. A Sales Manager and Agency Admin can click on any activity to see details.

This report helps a Sales Manager plan and estimate future sales for the team. This report can be run on a Date range, Line of Business and Type of Business. This report can be sorted by Producer.
