SalesTrack Marketing

Within the Marketing area in SalesTrack you can work with Marketing Lists, Campaigns, Quick Campaigns and access Templates.

Executing a campaign is a multi-step process:

  • Before you start your campaign you need to have Contacts, Accounts and Leads in your database. For information on importing this data see the help section on Import Data.
  • Create a Marketing List for your target audience. For more information on this topic see Working with Marketing List.
  • Decide whether you want a Campaign or a Quick Campaign.
  • Track Campaign.

Use campaigns to store all your marketing information and activities, and to measure the success of your efforts. Campaigns contain planning tasks and campaign activities you need to manage for the marketing campaigns.

Add strategic campaign information to your campaign, such as:

  • Budgets and expenses
  • Promotion codes
  • Target products
  • Marketing collateral, including sales literature
