Delete a Diary Item

You can remove a diary form the workflow using the Delete action as explained here.

Consider your decision to delete a diary carefully. A deleted diary cannot be recovered.

1. Right-click the diary item in the Work Queue or click . If the diary item is already open, click in the task area.

2. Click Delete.

3. In Delete Diary, click Delete Diary to delete the diary item or click Keep Diary to retain the diary item.
