View Microsoft Office Documents

You can view the following Microsoft Office document types if they are stored in the image viewer in their native format.

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint

Before you begin, you may find descriptions of the controls that you will be using helpful.

Click	To
	View thumbnail images of the pages also referred to as frames.
	View one page or frame at a time.
	View the page or frame number. You can also type the page number that you want to see and press Enter to move to a specific page.

• To view an Office document, Locate the document in the file tree, and then click it. The page loads automatically in the image viewer.
