Share a Lead

  1. On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Leads.
  2. Select the lead you want to share.
  3. On the command bar, click ... More Commands and select Share. The Share account page appears.
  4. From the left bar, click Add User/Teams. The Look Up Record page appears.
  5. Using the Look for, Look in orSearch filter find the User/Team, click Select and then choose Add. The Share account page appears.
  6. Check mark to select the access rights you want to grant to the user: Read, Write, Delete, Append and Share.
  7. Click Share.

Unshare a Lead

  1. On the top navigation bat click Sales and select Leads.
  2. Select the lead you no longer want to share.
  3. On the command bar click ... More Commands and select Share. The Share account page appears.
  4. Select the user and uncheck all the access options and click Share. The share page appears with a list of Users with whom the lead is shared.
    1. To completely remove the user from this lead, select the user and click Remove Selected Items.
    2. To remove access options, uncheck Read, Write, Delete, Append or Share.
  5. Click Share to save the changes.
