Delete an Opportunity

There are three ways to delete an opportunity. From within the My Opportunity Dashboard view, from the Opportunity list page, and from within the opportunity itself.

Delete from within the My Opportunity dashboard view

  1. Click on the Home icon to see the Dashboard view.
  2. From the My Opportunity view, select the opportunity you want to delete. The Delete button appears.
  3. Click on Delete button. The Confirm Delete message appears.
  4. Click Delete. This opportunity is now deleted.

Delete from the within the Opportunity list page

  1. On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
  2. Select the opportunity you want to delete.
  3. On the command bar click Delete. The Confirm Delete message appears.
  4. Click Delete. This opportunity is now deleted.

Delete from the within the Opportunity itself

  1. On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
  2. Double-click to open the opportunity you want to delete.
  3. On the command bar click Delete. The Confirm Delete message appears.
  4. Click Delete. This opportunity is now deleted.
