Share an Opportunity
There are two ways to share an opportunity –from within the Opportunity list page and from within the Opportunity itself.
Share the Opportunity list page
- On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
- Select the opportunity you want to share.
- On the command bar, click Share. The Share account page appears.
- From the side bar, click Add User/Teams. The Look Up Record page appears.
- Choose the users you want, click Select and then click Add. The Share account page appears.
- Check mark to select the access rights you want to grant to the user: Read, Write, Delete, Append and Share.
- Click Share.
Share from within the Opportunity itself
- On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
- Double-click to open the opportunity you want to share.
- On the command bar, click Share. The Share account page appears.
- From the side bar, click Add User/Teams. The Look Up Record page appears.
- Choose the users you want, click Select and then click Add. The Share account page appears.
- Check mark to select the access rights you want to grant to the user: Read, Write, Delete, Append and Share.
- Click Share.
