Share an Opportunity

There are two ways to share an opportunity –from within the Opportunity list page and from within the Opportunity itself.

Share the Opportunity list page

  1. On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
  2. Select the opportunity you want to share.
  3. On the command bar, click Share. The Share account page appears.
  4. From the side bar, click Add User/Teams. The Look Up Record page appears.
  5. Choose the users you want, click Select and then click Add. The Share account page appears.
  6. Check mark to select the access rights you want to grant to the user: Read, Write, Delete, Append and Share.
  7. Click Share.

Share from within the Opportunity itself

  1. On the top navigation bar click Sales and select Opportunities. A list of all opportunities appears.
  2. Double-click to open the opportunity you want to share.
  3. On the command bar, click Share. The Share account page appears.
  4. From the side bar, click Add User/Teams. The Look Up Record page appears.
  5. Choose the users you want, click Select and then click Add. The Share account page appears.
  6. Check mark to select the access rights you want to grant to the user: Read, Write, Delete, Append and Share.
  7. Click Share.
